Posted a video showcasing my attempt at this. All I can say is DAMN!! This is so much cheaper/easier/better looking than wood filament and varnish. Also, if you mess up, you can wipe the part down with isopropyl alcohol and start over (which I did about 3 times). Thanks man!

Really cool process. Im going to attach a 60 grit sand paper on to a paint stir stick and go deep for the grain and test this effect too. Thanks again
