In the subgroup generated by (1 3 4 2) there should be an element of order 2, but you didn't have it. Every group has cyclic subgroup is not very exciting result since for any a in a group G, clearly the subgroup generated by a, which is <a> is a cyclic subgroup of G :D

In order e to be identity of the group it needs to be both left and right identity. In 3:02 you didn't give any argument why e' * e = e since the multiplication is happened in G. We can't consider the the multiplication take place in H since we didn't know yet if e is in H.
