Celerons from 2016-2019 give roughly the same performance as an Intel Core 2 Duo from 2006/07 Newer Celerons are equivalent to a 3rd gen i5s (albeit with more modern instructions and better power efficiency)

For those wondering, yes, it can play games like BeamNG drive, goat simulator 3, and hydroneer, just play windowed on the lowest resolution and graphics and you should be good as umring your not playing a 200gb game.

Everyone think intel celeron is bad
For some reason Intel celeron can't run fall guys or fortnite or warzone cuz it will get lagging but it can run roblox or bowling so Intel celeron can't handle it now

lol, i daily drive a laptop with a celeron (im getting a new laptop very soon) and i run virtual machines and (some) minecraft but for virtual machines it runs like 💩on anything above xp
