My name is Sophie . I’m 19 years old and I try to watch one of these testimonials every night before bed . It’s amazing to see the work of God in others and I am lifted by them . I’m currently going through a dark period right now, my past and present are filled with so much hurt and bad things, I always get disturbed by my thoughts and in my nightmares, please pray for me !! I believe the prayers of others are heard and its my first time having the courage to leave a comment like this .
Sometimes it is hard to look at others having miracles in their lives and yours appear stagnant in your own life, I am guilty of feeling like God sometimes “forgot me or left me out” but I am going to keep preaching His word over my life .

Thank you, thank you, thank you. That inner anger, hatred, pain, and then having it for so long, you don't know who you are without it. That becomes you, and when you hear about Jesus Christ it just sounds too good to be true. I whole heartily come into agreement with your prayer I once heard a sister in Christ say "don't just let it be information but transformation." I know alot of Christian lango, but not a personal relationship and I want to know Jesus Christ, and this wall that in my heart to come down. To truly be a transformation.

I'm happy this women has moved away from the traumas of the past but it's alarming how many times she mentioned Joyce Mayer. It's not hard to point out the flaws in her teachings, the "little gods" doctrine, which is an obvious 'destructive heresy', mentioned by Paul is akin to that lie in the garden. JESUS does the will of his father so, it's also alarming that he would lead someone to a 'female pastor' when GOD said "I change not" and does not allow the tail to 'wag the dog', with women taking authority over men or leading his flocks.
I already know I'm going to get push back from ecumenical and egalitarian types but if we're just going 'off script' now, I guess we can paint JESUS into anything.
