One thing i would like to mention, instead of focusing on journey whole video, at least cover 30% to 40% of time on tech stack they had worked on their past companies, the resources they had used to learn and preparation strategies. i think, that's most useful part as a fresher or 1-2 years of experiencers to watch these type of videos.

I am from Ahmedabad. Actually here no buddy care about open source, remote job thease things. They thought open source is time waste. I don't know why. Also here 1 mentality I saw that people say why I fix an issue to any repo if I am not getting paid to do this.

Personally I feel, I am surrounded with very bad mentality and environment.

Also I took a session about open source in my office to create awareness and to show the power of open source but they took it very very lightly.
