He is author of more than 200 peer-reviewed and edited publications, numerous op-eds and commentaries, and four books including Dire Predictions: Understanding Climate Change, The Hockey Stick and the Climate Wars: Dispatches from the Front Lines, and The Tantrum that Saved the World.

His comparison is so daft. There is no cost to believing in gravity. The cost to believe in Mann's Global Warming however is huge - a complete change in how energy, something fundamental to modern mankind, is generated, as well as many other significant costs.
