In this video I'll be looking at alternative styluses to the 1st generation Apple Pencil and will be comparing them on my 8th gen iPad, seeing which ones will help artists while drawing. I will be comparing styluses such as the Logitech Crayon and cheap MEKO styluses to the Apple Pencil for the goal of finding the best alternatives to Apple's rather pricey offering.

My first pen was jamjake. After using it for a year, I switched to Yebos. Now I prefer Yebos pen. It works quickly and has long battery life, which allows me to focus on my work better. The most important thing is that the price is only $9.9

Great review, thanks! Actually I prefer 3rd parties because 1st gen Apple pencil cannot be turned off, wasting energy and drains in a few days even without using it.

Wait, no replacements come with it? Did you check the box carefully? I was surprised to find an extra tip in the box but it is kind of hidden away unless you completely open the package, in fact I almost just threw the box away so I was glad I didn't. It was on the other end of the strip of cardboard that also held the little adaptor that plugs onto the top of the pen and let's you plug in a lightning cable to charge it least I assume packaging is universal with APPLE but who knows?

The jamjake stylus is almost the exact same as the Apple Pencil the stylus does need a charger but it comes in the back it’s about 30$ and it gives free replacements.

Do I understand correctly that if I own a 2017 A1701 10.5” iPad Pro (Pencil Generation 1 device), I can use a Generation 2 Pencil/stylus but I wont benefit from all of the later devices features? But it will still connect and work as a Gen 1 pencil?

What iPad do you have? I got the kxt pencil and it does not work with my 2017 10.5 inch (has home button) I am watching your video and yours has a home button also so is it just user error or is it my ipad?
