Tobit wasn't saying giving alms in itself saves, Tobit 12:8-9 explains what he really means. He says to live a righteous life, by being sinless, praying, fasting and giving alms. He even says it's better to give alms than to lay up gold which aligns to Yahusha's words in Matthew 6:19. Tobit 4:11 and Matthew 6:4 also both align, not contradict. I think people who reject Tobit are only looking for reasons to tell others not to read it, but never actually read it with a true desire for understanding. Even the part about the angel and the fish are in agreement with scripture, if they read and understand Exodus 29:13 & Exodus 30:37. Tobit isn't teaching false doctrine.

Hi Sister African Exodus. Did you say that the Dead Sea scrolls tell the true location of Jerusalem? Please do a video on that evidence, okay? This has been a nagging problem for me ever since I learned that the current body of Edomite Ashkenazi converts to Judaism living in Palestine and were not even living in the real area that Jerusalem actually existed. I heard that before Palestine was chosen there were several other locations that these people were looking into before they settled on Palestine, which means that even they know that Palestine was not the true place of ancient Jerusalem or Israel is somewhere else, right? So, if you have found out actual proof of where it was in the Dead Sea scrolls then you must share your findings with us all so that we can have at least a new physical focal point for which we Hebrews to identify and perhaps rally around, okay Sister?
