BELT DRIVEN BIKES ARE THE BEST BUT THEY ARE COMPLICATED!

Belt driven bikes are the best but they are a little complicated! I love my belt driven Cannondale because it is so smooth to ride and the drivetrain is silent but if you want to get a bigger sprocket you can't just extend the belt like you would with a chain! In this video we test out my current set up and attempt to make my bike a little faster!

I just recently got my first belt drive bike the “Priority 600X”. It has the gates belt drive paired with a pinion gearbox. Stellar performance thus far.

Those lefty forks are Cannondale through and through. The engineers must have had fun designing that. Belt drive is interesting. From what I have heard, belts don't need replacing too often. The integrated headlight in the fork is an interesting idea. Great to see you enjoying riding Scotty. Definitely interested in seeing the difference when you get the new belt on.

Get yourself a dropper post scotty, itll help you feel more comfortable pedaling while sitting at the correct seat height and lower for descending without feeling too high up

Being a gates belt you should beable to check out your local auto parts store for that style belt. It looks like a simple water pump belt. Just take a overall measurement with a string and find the closest match. I'd bet theres 10 different options for what you need locally
