Before watching your video i would say that my uncle was a bodybuilder in 90s..he used to train 3 muscles in a day, and all muscles twice a week..he has god gifted genentics..he was a beast and still a beast..even at 60 age he is much much stronger than an average human..he never had protein powders..all he had is good food..he never changed his workout for 20 years..it took him 7-8 years to become a bodybuilder naturally..without any special diet and protein supplements..

Monday to Sunday 12 KM of rowing every morning.

Monday to Sunday min 0f 60 min of split weight training in the evening and often only a 1 hour eating window ( vegan of course )

Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Biceps
Day 3 - Shoulder + Triceps
Day 4 - Rest (sometimes Chest + Biceps)
Day 5 - Back + Traps
Day 6 - Legs + Abs
Day 7 - Rest

You train so hard that you know you can't train no longer on that particular day is what you should aim for. Doesn't matter if u train 1 part or 2 parts or 3 body parts or or mixed exs. Find your own movement which hits your muscle parts and achieve your best contraction. Drop any other ex's which can't give you the best contraction.

Note: get your head in the game. Feel le ke maare exercise. Contraction ko feel karo. Nutrition. Supplement. Rest pe dhyaan do. Aur har baar kisi k bhi kehne pe mat jao. Jeet selal is awesome. He is knowledgeable.

Bahut dino se m yeh channel ko isiliye nahi dekh Raha tha kyuki Inka face meko thoda Indian nhi laga, meko laga English m bolega kuch samajh m nhi aayega🤨🤨...
