3. Garlic -10 gms

5. Fenugreek leaves - 50 gms
6. Olive oil - 10 gms
7. Onions - 30 gms
8. Green chillies -1 tbsp
9. Coriander leaves - 2tbsp
10. Garam masala -1/2 tsp
11. Coriander powder -1.5tsp
12. Garlic pods - 2/3
13. Cumin seeds -1tsp
14. Salt to taste
15. Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
16. Raw mango powder -1tsp
