Option#1: Roll the bar onto the hips and bridge into position
Option #2: Set your bar in a rack at mid-thigh height

When I was 13, I got a weight set for Christmas. Did floor presses this way for years. Didn’t get a bench until age 17. Now I’m 69 and do dumbbell presses this way so my shoulders don’t hurt. Excess range of motion overrated. Good form by the way.

This is great for punching power. I lower the bar slow hold about 2 seconds at the bottom and imagine pushing the barbell through the roof I do 6 sets of 1-3 reps.. 👍👍

What size holes does Eleiko rack use? My wife really wants a smith attachment. I have a Rep 4000 rack. Not sure if it’s the same hole size

No. You gotta go deeper and stretch the chest. Only get the top part of the workout with that you are doing

Can appreciate what you are trying do, get people into fitness love it 💪🏽 but… absolutely no stretch on the chest due to the limitations from being on the floor.. flat bench dumbbell press much more affective than this 🫡
