Hey everyone. I was having issues keeping this thing going as well what I did was get some liquid wrench silicone spray slick coating and put a little bit on the ball bearings that goes inside of the hoop ring. I put a little silicone spray on a paper towel and rubbed it inside the inner ring of the hoop now it works beautifully it doesn’t fall I can easily keep it going. it just keeps it nice and slick in there and it’s so much easier to use

I had trouble at 1st too. I noticed making sure it's level, and snug around your belly button line helped. Also don't try the hula hoop motion, try swaying your hips side to side, or front to back! I just started, and I don't know about my waist, but my legs are definitely burning!😊

Should be snug. Make the cord to the weighted ball longer. then you can keep it going with slower rotations. as you get better shorten the cord up. The shorter the cord the faster you have to rotate to keep it up!!

Just go in a circular motion place one foot a little out to the side and swivel toward that point…and for beginners extend the rope to the ball, it makes it a lot easier!

I think you need to moves your hips around quicker and wider, also slightly bending your knees will give you more control. Thank you for sharing your review

I've got one, it needs to be snug around the belly button area, the shorter the cord with the weight the harder it is, keep your cord as long as you can at first, when starting it going hold the weighted ball and throw it to the side, I found small movements from side to side helped, you don't really need to move that much, try not to lean forward. Good luck.

Im new to it as well. But today I figured out that it works better if your knees are slightly bent. I kept it going several minutes today doing that!

Check the weight in the ball, mine had none in and I was same, but added some sand in a bag and did it straight away .

I kind of hop side to side to side with it. And can go an hour at a time.

If no knows the one I have you can unjust the string the closer to your body the more challenging the further away from your body the easier it is and for beginners and u can add another string to make it longer and more easier if you like

You have to use your legs more with this. I found to start with legs in front and back helped. Hoops smiles on YouTube explains it best. With his beginners videos.

I have just bought one of these but the black runner attached to the weight make sure the taller side is to the top and try it low on your hips I've not tried mine much but have found this a bit easier good luck with the hoop 😊

I replaced the cord with a longer one and was able to do this I used a long white lace

I have a weighted hulahoop, the same one. What I learned to do is do a motion like you are going to get in the rope for double Dutch. I hope that makes sense and helps. Lol

I hade such a problem keeping the momentum when I had it in my waist. I tried to move it down to my hips and now I can go forever (or until my muscles hurts😅)

I couldn't get it at first and made it bigger so it was less snug and around my hips at the level of my belly button. Worked a treat and I could do 100 each side and am now building it up each day. Tried it snug again once I got the hang of it round the hips and it worked a lot better but still not as good as the hips. Early days but I have high hopes for this, I get quite breathless so it must be giving me a good workout!
