With regard to intermittent fasting and eating breakfast later around 9 or 930, is there any concern if I workout I finish my morning workout by 715? I've always heard you should eat within an hour of your workout. Thank you!

No link here. Question I've always had - do you work out more on high carb days or workout more when they are low, thereby less calories in greater output
