I’ve been struggling with body dysmorphia since a very young age, and today it really hit me when multiple people commented on my friends tiktok and said I was fat and needed to lose weight, in the past I’ve self induced vomiting out my food after eating and starving myself which is never the answer. It breaks my heart that body shaming is still a thing, and while I struggle to love myself I have always loved and never judged anyone based on their appearance, everyone is beautiful ❤️

Been told I'm ugly all my life and even considered surgery. Now I'm learning to own every bit of me. It's nit all all easy and I still have many bad days.

I remember my whole life people tell me how ugly it is to be skinny and that it is need to gain weight. I have never hated myself, i just hate people who can't understand that everyone is different!!

Okay, I’m not sure why nobody is talking about the part where the people online were talking about themselves and calling someone else named Sammy ugly. Saying bad things about someone around someone else would affect that person and make them seem like a bad influence, that could affect their self-esteem too.

Edit: Nevermind, they were talking about the apple person on somebody else’s profile, but saying bad things about someone else in another person’s presence could affect their self-esteem and make them feel like a bad example, but that is just how I normally feel, I’m not sure if it is true, but it could be a common feeling.
