New Show, Roadkill Garage! 3-Day Engine Overhaul

Roadkill Garage features David Freiburger from Roadkill and Steve Dulcich from Engine Masters (but, don't worry, Mike Finnegan is still the co-host on Roadkill). RK Garage will show Freiburger and Dulcich wrenching on Roadkill project cars and other things that meet the Roadkill vibe. They'll show you how to do the wrong things the right way.

In this episode, the guys attempt a three-day overhaul of the 351 Cleveland engine from the '67 Mercury Cougar that belonged to Freiburger when the show began, but that transferred to Dulcich before the shoot was over. The "rebuild" is not exactly kosher, but it's dirt cheap and generates good tire smoke!

Hey Dave Freiburger, I have a tip for all you guys. I have long lost count on how many coolant blasts I've watched you guys do.. ALL OF YOU!!! There is a simple solution to not getting coolant all over everywhere and having to spend the time to clean it up and work in it... Are you Ok, take a 2 foot long piece of 3/8ths tubing, (copper works very well), and a piece of rubber hose that you can squeeze onto one end of the tubing. Bend about a 90* hook in the end of the tubing that has the hose on it. Grab a few containers to catch the coolant. Slip the raw end of the tubing into the radiator and sink it to the bottom of the rad tank. Suck on the other end of the hose to start the siphon. Drop the end of the rubber hose into your container and drink a
This is a very simple tool to make, so you can make one for ALL the guys who we watch CONSTANTLY douching shop floors, parking lots and the occasional friends driveway... lol.. AND you can carry one with you each time you go on a ROADKILL adventure!!!!
This doesn't do you much good on top tanks, but for all those General Masterbaters cars and truck you guys do, it will work just fine....
Love the shows!!!
Ps. When are we ever going to see some of Dulcich's cars???

This channel is under rated. I aint even into cars but love to get to know the technicalities of cars/engines from a beginners prospective and this channel just oozes knowledge from experience all of which i have this channel to thank.

You should make whole episode of Steve just driving and shifting gears like a champ. I would watch it!

My son loves the zip tie plug wire loom. He's used it more than once and the guys at the Firestone store he works at have used it on their personal rides. He like myself have picked many tricks from Roadkill and refreshed our memory on some we had forgotten. This is why this show is so popular. You don't have to have a ton of money to enjoy the hobby. In my son's case it's a hobby and occupation. All he ever wanted to be was an auto mechanic. When he went to the local 2 yr. college the lady who assessed his test scores for the course(s) he had chosen told him with his math grades he could go into engineering. He told thanks just the same but his life revolved around turning wrenches. Damn good kid even though I guess I'm a little biased.

Love this 67 cougar video. I bought a 69 cougar for 800.00 bucks in75 and the guy I bought it from, willie D at willie d, s speed shop in Milton changed out the old 351 and had put A hot 351 Cleveland in it he bored And stroked to the max and what I called a 3/4 inch low loop cam that had torque and hp almost like a hot 454. I took everything in our town that thought they had bad mopars. I did change out the card from a 650 to a 1150 and it had air like crazy. I’ve sat in one spot and blew two old cheetah slicks just for fun. I don’t know the hp of that baby but 383 up to 440, s was looking at my tail lights. I even took a bad vet with a 454. The little rich boy didn’t even turn around to come back to the line and shake hands. He kept going. A Torino ss took me by a half car length two years later. Woke up one Monday morning to go to work and pulled out on to the main rd and it slung a rod. I never was able to get her back to the torque and hp she had. Candy apple red with a half White vinyl roof. Straight 2 1/2 inch pipes with a set of hookers. She rocked from side too side and I always loved the way she sounded. Love all your videos dude.
