It's so relieving to see someone acknowledge that simple things like washing dishes or doing laundry can be hard.
Sometimes, the mental barrier is far greater than any physical one.

Thank you daddy for all your contribution towards the betterment of the world ❤❤
Edit: Also Daddy I want to personally thank you for being my role model. You gave me the needed motivation to stay disciplined and start working out at the age of 14. Now I am feeling better than ever.

This is exactly what I needed to hear, I failed my finals this year and disappointed my entire family. And now I need to re-do the tests and study again, which I hate because studying is not fun. But this is exactly what I needed to hear to motivate me, thank you dad 💝

I learned to do them...Kinda out of nowhere
I did it once and then it felt easy and then I kept doing it. The most important thing for me is to do it once, "It doesn't suck all that much" or "It's finally over and now I fell better because I don't have to do it" and then don't stop, because I will lose "momentum" I gained.
I don't have real ways of forcing myself besides guilt / sense of responsibility or setting the time after which I either do it or face the consequences. I deal with a lot of deadlines, so it's either I force myself to do something earlier and have more free time, or my discipline pushes me to do it at a certain time of day I set (like 6 PM is the latest I start doing something, never later) for myself.
I always did everything that sucked at 6 PM at the latest, so now it's just a thing I do, what really takes discipline is starting at 4 or 3 PM

This is actually a different but more effective way of my teacher's saying "Don't let the day pass without learning (achieving) something new, otherwise you'll grow old without growing up."

Noel is a true force of good in the world, helping others for the sake of helping them instead of fame or money or power. It’s truly amazing to see such a kind, caring person in an age full of negativity and bitterness. Thank you for everything you do, Noel.

you're right, I remember I hated to wake up everyday and work hard at 5:30 but I always tried to push even when I didn't want to do it

I have depression and this is something they actively encourage in therapy: opposite action. Do something you don’t want to do but know you should do and see where it gets you. Really great advice, I’ve found doing this helps a lot.
