The instruction for completing the IFR planning in this video is the best that I have ever seen. Outstanding instruction!
I have followed the video training series by Mr. Noia and I am very impressed with his training. If I have not passed the IFR knowledge test after spending a lot of money on books, expensive training video from a popular school and an expensive but not too effective seminar, I would certainly purchase his IFR training videos.
I am still learning from his training in Youtube as you can see!

Pilot Training Solutions is proud to announce that the much-anticipated IFR Procedures App is nearing completion, and should be released this coming August (estimated release date: August 15, 2016).
We will be uploading one module per week (twelve in total) to our servers, and allow free access to for each module for a ten day period. Then, we will switch to the next module, and the next, until all twelve have been released for testing.

Topping off tanks: There are many reasons to top off your tanks, However; If you leave off just one gallon on each side you will waste a lot less fuel resulting in a lot less fuel dripping on and tearing up the pavement. You will save money, and you will use fewer resources in general.

When you say put 035 inbound radial for CAT holding procedure for a missed approach at KMMU you meant put 035 inbound course or 215 inbound radial, don´t you?
