Excellent. I have a question for you: if a customer compares your technical solution / product with a competitors and you don’t know much about what would be the best way of responding without sounding you don’t know your market.

It seems like curiosity is the overall goal. If you get them curious enough, the sale is almost a done deal. Provided they actually need the product/service.
