Lockout Sharing Guide - Solo Farm End Boss Mounts Without Reclearing the Raid!

How to share any raid lockout with your own alts- without help! Use the same Lockout to farm end boss mounts week after week on as many alts as you have at max lvl, without ever needing to reclear the raid more than once. Has anyone been able to get this to work for Dragon Soul on any difficulty? I have tried many times, no success.

Any idea why this isn't working for me? Just tried it on ICC twice and keep getting 12/12 kills when i bring the next alt in. I waited for party leader to be passed before killing on the alt and everything.

I don't think this works anymore. Even after waiting for leadership change and kicking the character with the raid ID. It still saves the boss kill to the original raid ID. So the next week when you extend the lockout of the raid ID carrier. The bosses you killed with your other character will be downed on the original raid ID. Not sure when Blizzard changed this.

@Arhqirah This guide still works for me in DF 10.1, was able to run Ulduar 15 times in under an hour. Didn't get the mount but it's comforting to know that I can easily do this entire raid on alts easily.
I believe I screwed this process up with Dragon Soul but i've been hearing that this method doesn't work in that raid unless you have something for that?? I really don't want to Spine anymore🙃

does not work for me.. After killing the endboss with my alt, the ID is done. Cant kill the endboss with any other alt anymore, not even with my main who started the ID

I think you need to kill the boss on your alt before they get leader of the group. Will investigate more

So the pain in the ass ICC is not working with this.

Dont work for me,

my main even remaking the group after the first run of an alt and restarting the instances and being out of the raid, was left with a dead boss. And another alt and not even the main can do more
