The object of this Session is to teach the students and aspirants of Judicial Services exam about Section 220 and Section 221 of CrPC in detail with case laws.
Section 220 in the Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973 provides the joinder of charges and trial for more than one offence.
Section 221 provides about the joinder of charge and trial where it is doubtful what offence has been committed.
