Sir, are these sections (219-223 ) going to be attracted only after an application is made by accused in sec 218 or the accused could be tried without the application directly if the charges come under 219-223?

Sir if accused has committed muder at one place and next day he committed theft at another place, whether now accused us 218 may move application for joining trial together?

Sir section 219 me same kind ke 3 offence Ka trial ek chal Sakta hai...
But s. 218 me accused application lgaa skta hai joint trial ke liye...218 ki application me joint trial ki koi limit nhi hai sir??
