Joinder of Charges | Section 218 to 222 | Sec 223 & 224 | CrPC

In this session i have tried to cover the second part of sections, which are focusing on Joinder of Charges. It is necessary to see the first part so that you get continuity.

sir u said 379 and 380 cannot be treated together i am confused on this point
section 219 of ipc say this Provided that, for the purposes of this section, an offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860 ) shall be deemed to be an offence of the same kind as an offence punishable under section 380 of the said Code, and that an offence punishable under any section of the said Code, or of any special or local law, shall be deemed to be an offence of the same kind as an attempt to commit such offence, when such an attempt is an offence.

Sir under section 219 the punishment for the offences of section 370 and 380 of i.p.c are diffrent but i think according to bare act they are deemed of same type of offences

You have made a mistake an offence punishable under section 379 ipc shall be deemed same as with section 380 it's necessary to clear misunderstanding otherwise you are outstanding teacher
