Undertale speedruns are incredibly emotional

So today we're speedrunning the true pacifist ending for Undertale. This is a very emotional journey, even if we mash through most of the dialogue

Just so everyone knows, there were some time saves I missed in my runs, so I didn't talk about them. For example, apparently you can speed up the Flowey fight slightly by hitting the FIGHT button at specific times, and do a reload trick after Asriel. There are probably some other one's as well, but this video is about how I did it, and I definitely recommend checking out the world record by @ShayyTV if you want to see the most optimal way.

What is Undertale True Pacifist?

The True Pacifist ending of Undertale is completely when you spare every single enemy in the game, and then defeat both Asgore and Flowey. Then you need to go back to finish up a few more things. These include:

Dating/Hanging Out with Papyrus
Hanging Out with Undyne
Giving Undyne's letter to Alphys and doing all of those dates.
Going into True Lab and completing it

My channel generally focuses on a more casual side of speedruns. With these videos I want to show off cool speedruns, explain how they work, and entertain. Hopefully you enjoy the content and maybe even take up speedrunning yourself, because it is truly a lot of fun!

This is considered the "true ending" of Undertale, because it leads to a happy conclusion and the complete credits.

I also just wanted to say that I made a mistake with not using the they/them pronouns for a few characters. This completely slipped my mind when writing my script and I'm very sorry for that. Next time I do another Undertale video, or any video in general, I will make sure to not make the same mistake

It's 11PM everyone is asleep, I was holding in laughter at "all we need to do is survive, and skip dialogue" then "asriel becomes wide" just obliterated me. I have no clue how I didn't wake up all of the neighbors.

Considering how aware Sans and Flowey are suppose to be of the game itself, I can't stop laughing at the thought of Sans and Flowey just watching this child go in utter confusion as Frisk runs in full speed through the underground and skips everybody's dialogue. They probably had a hard time even keeping up with the kid.
