Very good reminders. I would also add: chips. There is a whole isle dedicated to chips and another to sodas at my grocery store. I never go down these isles.
One thing that works for me is to avoid eating out and cook my own foods. I keep it simple by concentrating on oats in the morning and lentils at night. I eat other stuff, but I find these keep me feeling very full so whatever else I eat is a reasonable portion.
Good luck with your health everyone. I feel much better having cut coffee, sodas, chips, sugar and salt. Actually I'm still working on sugar. I just love chocolate things.

Thank you very much Malena for these wise advices! You are so rignt! I know that if I eat fast food, or chips, or too much sugar, I feel somewhat bad after, or I feel too full... But if I eat natural, simple food, I never regret. For example: seedless green raisin: i think it' s very good for the liver!

Aww...thanks for the information. Very nicely put together. I never drink soft drinks, but I often like to have a glass of wine, 1dl, with a meal. Then I chew better because I have to use the wine sparingly. When I have water I drink more, maybe often because I'm too lazy to chew, the water helps wash down the food... that's an advantage with wine... thanks and all the best ... 🙏💝💯🐬
