I love this terrible detective. He bumbled into the mansion, fixed a random piece of chemical equipment out of pure altruism, found a single piece of evidence, assumed he'd cracked the case, and left promptly because "it would be loitering for me to stay inside too long". He's perfectly lawful, but he's criminally stupid.

I absolutely adore the concept of a character who sucks so much at being a detective that he becomes one of the world's most lethal assassins by pure accident

Diana: "47, what are you doing? Why are you leaving the property?"
47: "My job here is done."
Diana: "You got the file, yes, but what of Alexa? You were supposed to... Wait. What? Our surveillance shows that somehow Alexa dropped dead in her living room, just ten seconds ago. How did you do that?"
47: "I have no idea."

The best part is, if the real detective comes in after this, he’ll have two dead bodies to investigate, and he’ll surely convict the real killer, and let both you and the butler off scot free.

That's impressive. You managed to find a way to kill the target with your own hands being clean; no conspiracy to commit murder, no setting up a booby trap, your involvement in the murder was pure "happenstance".

This is a brilliant and utterly terrifying idea of an omnipotent assassin.
The assassin is able to see the intentions of characters around him and the future. He can kill anyone he wants without breaking the law or directly encouraging them. All he needs to do is slightly tweak fate and let it play out on its own.

“Your honor I would like to plead guilty and request the death penalty”

“Mr 47 we brought you in to talk about your unpaid parking tickets”

The guard saying "I love parkour! It's so edgey!!" Is priceless

Fun fact! The detective guy is actually at where he spawns normally if you use the detective disguise start so it is confirmed that 47 didn’t steal his clothes!

Edit: what have I wrought upon this land?

I've played this game for hours and never realized that there's such a complicated way for killing...I mean allowing Carlisle to die without even touching her.

Gotta appreciate the fact that Diana apparently didn't find it weird at all that someone somehow expertly fixed her poison distillery XD

And ironically, after all of that he decides to illegally ride a motorcycle without the safety helmet!

I was going to grumble about the use of a glitch to get into the locked areas, but knowing that you should in-universe be allowed to just ask for access into those rooms as part of your investigation not only makes sense but is something of an oversight from the developer's standpoint. This is wonderful. Well done.

I love the idea of 47 in trial and the conversation going:

"So, you're a contract killer"

"Yup"

"And you were hired to kill her?"

"Yup"

"But you didnt kill her"

"Nope"

"And you didnt even commit a single crime"

"Nope"

"What are you?!"

"Innocent"

This does beg the question, what are the least amount of crimes needed to be committed to complete the game?

4:28 "I just love parkour" when you see a random dude scaling the wall of the house you're guarding lmao

Turns out if you want someone dead without committing a crime you just have to be a cop

I actually love how dedicated people are to take a game that ASKS you to behave in a certain way and to try and find a way to beat it by doing the exact opposite. It's funny that the game even allows this.

47: My work here is done.

Diana: But you didn't do anything.

47: *Leaves*

The exclaimation points dont make something illegal, it just means theyre suspicious. its not illegal to pick up a wet floor sign or hit a chair button.
