The godfather of powerlifting went from a 104 pound weakling to squatting 600 lbs.

This is HOW he did it:
-simple, old school barbell lifts
-inventing genius exercises like the box squat
-training with intelligent intensity

I have an 8-week barbell strength training program THESE methods.

It’s worth $99 but for 24 hours I’m giving it away FREE.

The father of powerlifting was a 104 lbs. man who didn’t go to the gym.

They called him peanuts because of his unusual diet:

He consumed one pound of peanuts, a half cup of peanut butter and six glasses of milk daily to put mass on his tiny frame.

Rather than attend a gym, he built a powerlifting gym in his California garage where he pioneered movements like the box squat, deficit deadlifts and the board press.

He called it The Westside Barbell Club, and it inspired the creation of the later Westside Barbell gym - the strongest gym in the world.

He was the godfather of powerlifting, and his name was Bill “Peanuts” West.
