Stone Temple Pilots - Plush (Guitar Cover) (Play Along Tabs In Video)

Tips And Comments:

- Playing Technique: Played with a pick with middle/high strength, middle position, more close to the neck. Pickup selector on last position

- Gear Sound: Added some little bass and boosted treble. Compression and also some make up eq (scooped some mids and added more 2k freq). Added also a little bit of chorus and went through a Marshall emulated combo from Guitar Rig

- About The Song: Having the positions is mostly all you need to get this well, also knowing how to mute undesired strings in some cases. The D/F# chord may be hard to master. Transcribed from stuiod version with help of isolated guitar and live videos

*All the tabs in this channel are created by me, if you have any advice in the transcription feel free to comment!

*Gear: Taurus t-24 Washburn 4 String Bass (D'addario .045 Standard Strings or Dunlop .045)/ Ibanez SA 120 Guitar/ Alesis Dm6 Drums - Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Interface - PC (Digital Processing)

Hello everyone. I'd appreciate if you give me more requests for guitar! I'm planning on doing more guitar and drums things and also band covers. I won't leave bass of course. I'd love it if you also give me advices for every instrument, i strongly believe we can grow together

The second guitar chorus was so amazingly written. It's the anchor that keeps you grounded to this amazing melody.

My heart melts when I hear this song, so much nostalgia but also so much talent. I remember Robert saying ragtime music was an inspiration for this song. Dude, its so perfect, and thank you for giving us this song!

Finally an accurate tab of that underlying chorus arpeggio! I’ve been trying to watch Dean play it live and it’s always hard because the camera isn’t focused on him. Now with about 20 mins of practice I have it down! Next time I play it out with my cover band I’m throwing it in there now.

Wow! Terrific lesson. No longer do I need to say, "Shut-up & play the damn song! I'm watching you. Why are telling me every string & fret like we're on the phone?". Great video. You got me. Whether you wanted me or not.

A great methodology for teaching a song! No filler or endless chatter. I've probably watched 100's of lessons on YouTube. Most are too much talk. Why would I need someone to call out every string & fret number? Unless I'm blind or we're talking on the phone that is. I'm sticking with you. Well done!

Guitar cover suggestion: The Ventures - Perfidia

I think it would be great if you would play some 1940's -1960's music too

Bon Jovi - Wanted Dead Or Alive

Lots of cool guitar parts in it.

Thanks for the video. I think the part that starts with "would you even care" starts on the D chord I believe.
