You are very detailed and everything you say is clear and makes sense and it makes me feel now that I can once again make an excellent piecrust. The best piecrust I ever made was when I was 18 years old and made a homemade apple pie my first six weeks in college. Period, I was never able to make the pie crust again and lost complete courage in myself. When watching your video on how to make pie pastry (for me) you give exact measurements which is exactly what I need. A lot of pie pastries insinuate go by the feel of the dough. If you are trying to learn how do you go by feel?
Once you make this pie pastry several of times you will learn how it’s to feel, how to repair the pastry, what it needs help with, etc.
