Sleeping At Last performs Saturn with the NW Symphony orchestra and Seattle Ladies Choir at Mateo Messina's Symphony 22, Origin. November 2019.

All proceeds from this concert went to kids and families going through treatment at Seattle Children's Hospital.

My grandfather was a simple man. He did manual work all his life for the local council. His only fault was that he was a heavy smoker. He once fell asleep with a cigarette in his mouth and burnt his sweater. But this lovely old man had a passion, and his passion was astronomy. I will always remember the large books that he would lay on his table and show me photos of the stars and the galaxy's millions of light years away. Now whenever I listen to this beautiful song I don't mind admitting, even at 74 years of age, it brings tears to my eyes. A fabulous piece of music that takes me back every time I listen to it.
