Fitbit Versa 2: Black Screen or Display Won't Turn On (FIXED- Try this First)

I show you how to fix a Fitbit Versa 2 that has a black or blank screen or the display won;t turn on. This should also work for Fitbit 1 and Lite too. Hope this helps.

May I add another suggestion? If all else fails I found the solution for my Fitbit Versa2.
Remove the straps and clean both sides of the watch with an old tooth brush. It worked fine for me and it is surprising how dirty the reverse side of the Fitbit gets as well.

Rapid pressing of button, then holding it for a few seconds worked. Watch turned back on, but showing 5 hours time difference. Charge showing at 53%. Synchronised watch with versa app, working fine. Thank you.
