When to get screened for breast cancer

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women (other than skin cancer).

Thankfully, regular cancer screenings, including mammograms, can detect cancer early on and lower the risk of dying from breast cancer.

Additionally, all women should perform self-exams every month.
