Is the studor vent too low ? Is it supposed to be above the flood rim level of the sink?

Should of looped the dishwasher drain above the drain connection on the garbage disposal "just saying"

Why do you use plumbers putty? It dries and cracks then comes loose thus creating leaks. Should use 100% waterproof silicone
