Perfect. I always knew there was more to Cristiano Ronaldo's abs than just that electronic gizmo. Apparently you have to work for them.

Always love your content. Maybe my UofW as opposed to WLU bias (that is, Stuart McGill - ha ha), but I do torso work either statically or at a glacial pace with very limited range. I know a lot of people think he is much too cautious, but I'm 68, and for me the risk / reward is different.

I remember doing that 8min abs workout like 10-12 years ago, that was stinging for days to come. The following workout I had to half the reps just to be able to do it properly within 8 minutes, this seems very much like the same thing.

Abs are tricky the stronger they are the more you need to vary the movements...This was so perfect just stay on the floor, some days are just like that... ME at the gym: I'm here...barely, LOL!

I find garmin watches not to be Pilates friendly. I am dying at a class and it never tracks I burned more than a 100 calories at a very extreme day. And the reps is the same, maybe you have to go really slow for it to track it

I'm a Pilates instructor this is definitely not Pilates Abs workout 😂, some of which is to be avoided if neck issues
