[ I would highly recommend listening to this & giving it an open-minded chance. It is very spiritual & biblical without being technical or superficial. It is targeting Born again believers and not so much those who do not know Christ, although if listening to the truth & principles it can help & guide all people in principle. Replace Lord, for the time being with truth if you do not yet know God/Jesus as 'the Truth' ].
First of all, the other comment about codependency garbage, I do not get that comment. there is nothing really to do with codependency in this except by a far stretch or reach misappropriating their points, out of proper context.
Second, the entirety of the message is faith based & solid Christian teaching. It is addressing shame & how to deal with it biblically and even more so, with good revelation & spiritual insight. 22:30 is a great message as are others in this.
Last:
Technical parts:
2:10 Insidious is the word, not insiduous (not a word).
3:19 A caveat is a when you give 'specific instructions' with a warning.

There are therapists teaching this type of “codependency” garbage to us as well. No wonder Partners believe they attract Abusers. It’s not Our Fault
