Another issue with Kiffin, as you mentioned, there is a talent difference between the teams. As I understand it, that may well be because Kiffin can't be bothered to do the recruiting work when he can go to the portal and grab up players that will fill current gaps, regardless of whether the players are going to be there in a year. Regardless of how committed they are to the program. That is Lane Kiffin's fault, and part of why I've always said he is NOT the right coach after Napier. If Napier doesn't pull it off - and I actually hope that he does, but if he doesn't, the next guy really better be someone who is a definite contender, and not someone who maybe, could be, might be... Like Kiffin. Actually that would be giving kiffin more than I'm willing to.

He has got to get this years recruiting class under control! He is giving me Dan Mullen vibes when we fired Mullen cause he wouldn’t recruit! Napier is 4-3 and suppose to be a good recruiter but we currently got a 51st ranked recruiting class which is way to low for the gators recruiting classes!

I think the issue we identified awhile ago is still the issue. Administrative division limiting financial investment. Don’t want to afford coaches out, coaches in, NIL, etc. My opinion was always to let Napier live in his dump until there’s more passion amongst the people that matter.

Is it a good roster? Yes but everyone forgets that our MOST talented guys including the 4 guys #1 at their position dont even really play yet except dj who just started fulltime. Our talent ranking is skewed bc of those 4 and others like chiles, miles grahm, grimsley, mizell, jean ect... Entire o line is unranked or 3star. All our portal additions are group of 5 meanwhile ole miss is top heavy w talent . So yes we have the better depth but idk that we live up to our #12 talent ranking when we are talking strictly about guys who play alot.

I thought 5 if they played well every week, winning 5 games gets you booted from Gainesville. Like Ohio State's standard, Florida is a school that should be winning 10 or more games, play for the SEC title, and compete for a national championship.

Honestly if we continue to fire coaches the program will never become strong!! When we fire coaches the new coach has to rebuild the program with new players. If we got Lane Kiffin, He would have rebuild add player get them onboard with the scheme etc…. We have great players gotta give him chance to finish the rebuild process! DJ lagway is the feature.
