Gators have 16 players out or questionable for the game against the Aggies. Huge difference between being hurt vs injured. Napier has a soft team and basically a team that quit on him. So much for the culture!

I think unless Napier brings his team to such a high level they have a chance against Georgia, he's gone. What I wonder is ... who will be the interim coach if he's fired mid-season? Who is there that can guide the team through a complete coaching change down the line knowing they too are probably gone?

Mertz was having a good season last year…for him. We still lost 6 games in a row. It’s a different level of play with DJ, and there’s no way they Mertz is going to step up to that.

You seem to assume that DJ can’t play the difficult teams…maybe he’s got a curve to learn but his starting place is still better than Mertz I feel.

Start DJ, if it’s not working, go to Graham. The other way around won’t do.
