Good day Fiscal EJ,
Sorry for this comment that is out of the topic.
maraming salamat

Good day! I like how you presented your video, it is informative. I would like to take this opportunity to ask a question in relation to the topic. Can a private person arrest another even if the crime was committed on his own person? Example X was walking on the street while Y approached him and shouted "YOU ARE A THIEF!" it was uttered in public and people passing heard it, X does not want to commit a crime by slandering back in retaliation. Can X now dragged Y to the police station because Y obviously committed slander exercising his right under section 5 of rule 113? in relation to this question, does X need to recite the miranda rights or say anything to Y while effecting the arrest? Thank you in advance.

Good day fiscal, can we consider a mere statement from a witness of the crime during interview by a responding police officer, a "personal knowledge?"

Good day atty. this question is not related to your topic. In this case there is only an offer of gift or promise to give something and the offer was not accepted by the public officer. Did the one who offered a gift or promise liable for bribery? What is criminal liability, if any of the person who offerd a gift or promise?

Good day Fiscal, is the subpoena issued here for the counter affidavit, be considered the start of the custodial investigation?

Atty.

A prosecutor in its private capacity, can arrest a person actually committing a felony even without a valid warrant?

Kung mayroon ng Warrant of Arrest or Alias warrant, kailangan mo pa ba kumuha ng search warrant?
