Old games require DX9 on DX12 or higher

1. Go Access Control Panel.
2. Click on Program.
3. Program and Feature.
4. Look at the left side, Click on Turn Windows features on or off.
5. Find Legacy Components - Dirext X Play..
6. Check it !! OK.. And please wait..
