When cutting up Garlic, WAIT TEN MINUTES before eating Raw. It changes the composition of the oils and are VERY beneficial at that point. Ive been doing this for a year now and my BP numbers are back to normal. One thing DO NOT heat it up at all! Raw only!! Yes really!!

I change my diet, crush chop Garlic set aside for 5 minute to get rid of odour, which burns stomach, Garlic get rid of my cholesterol and high blood pressure, I also drink plenty water. My body feel lighter and clean.

Garlic is one of the best anti-inflammatory products on the market. It has been used for thousands of years. I used it for rashes, swellings, and stomach ache and it has not let me down. It is natural and does a great job.

If you have issues with blood pressure, I highly recommend, as an alternative to popping prespriction pills. Also good for lowing cholesterol. I'm no Dr but I've been using cloves of raw garlic for years.

did they mention the benefits of allicin in garlic. chopping it up and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. huge benefits. still need to have a healthy lifestyle for garlic to do its magic

Depending on the size of the cloves l eat 3 to 7 each morning and have been doing this for at least 5yrs daily. I have cirrhosis for approx 40 yrs and never once have been medically treated. I have issues with my spine or l would feel much younger than 80yrs old. Many auto and motorcycle accidents which cause my spinal conditions. But God is faithful to those that truly Repent and love him for his everlasting mercy. AMEN.

In garlic there is male and female and the best one to use is male garlic. I know someone who have stomach cancer and he started using 2garlic on empty stomach morning and 2 garlic before 30minutes before going to bed and after 3 month cancer disappeared. And upto now he is using for life garlic
Remember the best garlic to use is male one

I take one clove in the morning on an empty stomach followed by a tablespoon of virgin olive oil!

Eat with breakfast chop up. I just fry one side of the garlic and one side of onions. Onions help the immune system also ..

For about 180 days ive ate 2 good chunks of garlic don't care about the smell but smile at the benefits its brought me...THIS VIDEO DID WELL BUT FAILED TO MENTION THAT U NEED TO WATCH WHAT KIND OF GARLIC U ARE CONSUMING.BENEFITS ON MY END ARE WAY 2 MANY TO LIST BUT ONE THAT HAS JUST STUNNED ME IS AT THE STAMINA IT HAS GIVEN ME GIRLFRIEND JOYFULLY TURNS OFF THE LIGHTS.😁

I eat 4-8 cloves a day. Just chop it up and sprinkle it on your meals, don't mess around with honey etc and all that bs. The health benefits are AMAZING. The best wood you have ever seen. No illnesses ever. Best of all you don't know what it is protecting, repairing or stopping you from getting 24/7. It's a no-brainer just take it.
