Have you ever looked outside and felt something’s off? The streets, buildings, and spaces in India seem to have lost their charm. In this video, I talk about something that’s rarely discussed—the missing beauty in our everyday lives.

In this video, @gurupashupati & I explore:

✅What aesthetics truly mean?
✅How our culture once celebrated beauty?
✅Why we're losing touch with our roots?
✅And how you can help bring it back?

💡Key Takeaway
India doesn’t need more concrete. It needs more care. More feeling. More beauty.

“It’s time for us to awaken to this.”

Let’s bring back the beauty. Not just in our streets, but in our lives.

If you’ve ever wondered why our surroundings feel messy—or how we can change that—this video is for you.

👉 Comment below: What’s the most beautiful place you've seen in India?

Let’s start this conversation.

I came back into a world stripped of beauty ... Said Sri Aurobindo . We have not had a civilisation project like Boggar Siddar Maharaj could fathom and create . This makes me dream .

as well as aesthetics, we also need to learn to live in harmony with nature. This is the main reason I like Guru Pashupati.

They're masterfully bridging the gap between spirituality and real world experiences... Rarely have I come across videos this deep and Insightful, less than 1% on YouTube, for sure...

I believe the answer is reverence to the hemp plant to create homes, self regulated in heat and moisture with hemp hurd and lime, sand, clay.... And the building only bharate would be truly able to capitalize on by beauty of its culture alone.

It’s not just Bharat, it’s in every country. We-man-destroy the natural beauty of the planet to make it more convenient for ourselves.
Here in the uk, there are mountains, beaches, lakes etc but you wouldn’t walk barefoot outside of your home. Grounding to the natural earth barefoot is essential to human health, and studies have shown the health benefits- we were never designed to live in such ways as we do today.
People only care for a disposable lifestyle where their only concern is themselves, their image, the things they own and the next trend.
The ascetics who go off to live in the mountains away from this modern world are truly blessed.

I have searched the internet so many times to understand what exactly is aesthetics… it’s not even funny. Never got anything valuable. This right here!!! I love it so much ♥️♥️♥️ I have never come across anything where an abstract and delicate concept like this is broken down so clearly that anyone could grasp. Immense gratitude to Guruji and Prathamesh you too! 🙏♥️✨✨

Goa in monsoon time is the most beautiful place I’ve been to. The air is clear, washed with heavy rains and evergreen forests 🌳 Hardly any tourists :) 😂

Great content Prathamesh. Just this week had been to Kaveri sangam in Narasipura. It was very sad to see people washing clothes with so much detergent, people taking bath with soaps and throwing it in the river including their clothes what they wore. Such a beautiful place and we have no right to spoil it.

I was in the himalayas last year to study, and was devastated to see Indian pilgrims dumping rubbish in the Ganges, and all the rubbish everywhere on sacred sites. Aesthetics are really important for mental health. As above, so below. But I guess if you are struggling to survive, or haven't been shown how to live gracefully, there is a learning curve...There is a lot of great beauty in Bharat, as well as the incredible spiritual and scientific heritage. That's why western seekers like me want to come.

In practice of art ecology and spirituality one can observe an anesthetic value in all things visual. It pains me to see the framing of urban decay and pollution as a problem of the people. Plants and animals are people. The land and urban environment are an extension of the crust of the earth. It is the unseen which lacks anesthetic. The unseen effects of poverty. I'm not talking about the effect on the poor. I'm talking about the effect on the rich. That's where the ugliest defilement of our humanity has a stronghold. Not in the squalor of our streets. If you are comparing your environment to others you have been deceived. The plight is a universal phenomenon. The blight is in you. As is your power to heal. Find the anesthetic value of the most ugly environments and transcend shame together. On Kensington Ave and skid row there are visions of human dignity behind the illusion of pain and suffering. Wisdom out west is the worship of drought and dragons. It's not half bad. ✌🏼
