Do you have a breakdown of steps you took to put the 2j in there, and was it hard to modify mk3 subframe?

Did you have to make any modifications to the firewall? I’m gonna be doing this on a cheap base I bought for a couple hundred bucks and still use my VR4 donors rear diff assembly. Plan to make it with a stick. Either between a CD001 six speed or just buy the R154 trans instead and also thinking of using a IS300 sub frame or just custom fabricate one of my own. Been my dream to do this and it’s crazy this is here before I even did the work. Its still cool to see this here though. If you can when you get a chance would love the run down of a whole thing of better yet make another video of your run down how you did it all. Be pretty for us and what we would have to deal with and if maybe. Maybe I can do videos of my build too 🤔

but why would you do this? the 6g72 can handle tons of power did it make the engine bay less cramped? and youre losing awd
