I am industrial engeenier and i work in my own farm, so i aplied my knowellges for to do better crop procces and i use science and tecnology in all stages and i have a team that enjoy our jobs, i am using the kaisen in farm jobs is good and in my country Nicaragua People don't know kaisen, here is not an industrial country so that i work in farm business, i like to be an industrial engeenier. WAS KINDA CONFUSED ON WHAT ENGINEERING PATH I SHOULD TAKE AND DIS JUST MADE IT A LOT EASIER FOR ME, AND SINCE I TEND TO FIND SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS THIS IS AN EYE OPENER
