Blue Origin, the space tourism venture launched by entrepreneur Jeff Bezos, completed its fourth flight with a crew on Thursday, landing successfully in rural west Texas after taking a half-dozen passengers for a 10-minute suborbital joyride.

The New Shepard spacecraft blasted off at 8:59 a.m. CDT, and the crew capsule separated from the six-storey-tall rocket a short time later as it soared to an altitude of 106 kilometres.

The crew members experienced a few minutes of weightlessness at the very apex of their brief ride before the capsule fell back to Earth to the desert floor under a canopy of three parachutes, landing safely outside the west Texas town of Van Horn.

This was the flight actor and comedian Pete Davidson was set to take, but withdrew from.

Incorrect title: launching into low space and into orbit are 2 different things. They went high enough to be considered being in space but didn't come close to achieving the speed to make it into orbit.

Blue Origin’s pricing structure is by public auction. A single seat for the first 7 minute suborbital ride went for $28 million OR about 4 million per minute

In spite of all the hype...the Karman line is only technically space...and Alan Shepard, Gus Grissom..and a chimpanzee.. did this on a Mercury-Redstone rocket back in 1961.
An over priced joyride for the rich...wasting more fuel per launch than a dozen families in several years, if not a lifetime.

*ABC's of Salvation*

*A* - Admit you're a sinner in need of a Saviour (Romans 3:10, 6:23)

*B* - Believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins (1Corinthians 15:3-4)

*C* - Call upon the Name of the Lord and be saved (Romans 10:9-10, 10:13)

Believe what Jesus Christ did for you on the cross and be saved. As Paul said in the book of *Ephesians 2:8-9* - _For by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God. Not of works lest any man should boast._
