Leap Day Proposals are a hazard for Bachelor Males with all those Husband Hunting Spinsters out there. If you venture out on that day, at least visit the girl of you dreams first to minimize your risk.

There are fewer teenagers on Leap Day than any other day, because the usual amount of people turn 20 (biologically and legally) and age out of their teens but noboby turns 13. Same thing up and down the scale; everyone whose birthday is today is turning an age divisible by four.
