Back in the 1970's I was in the US Navy and my ship went to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (better known as Gitmo) for refresher training after the ship was overhauled. At Gitmo, before we were allowed any liberty on base, base staff explained their rules to us. They warned us not us not to go "exploring" off the beaten path and to stay on the marked paths and roads. They also told us that if we did go off the marked paths and saw what looked like an upside down yield sign from the back, to freeze and yell for help. What did the front of the sign say? "DANGER, MINEFIELD"!

OK the entire sign about the Dr. needing someone present when examining a female is VERY concerning. I have to wonder if there is more behind this or simply over abundance of caution in a litigation world. But it names one doctor (not a whole clinic). So....
