Thrift Store Makeover #17

Hey guys! Today is another episode from my series Thrift Store Makeovers, where I take a used, worn out item (OR sometimes from yard sales or off of ebay) clean it up, fix it up and decorate it. I love hunting through thrift stores to find old, rejected items and then decorating them and putting my own style on them to turn them into new pieces of art. I've definitely missed these thrift flips and I want to do more thrifting soon.

Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh) Elizabeth and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 29 and like doing creative activities (mostly painting on things), or really anything that gives me an excuse to use rainbows, sprinkles and my own cutesy characters in excess. I'm heavy into editing, so my video are chalk full of sound effects, filters and lil....moments, or as we like to call them "MEmes." I paint on squishies, thrift store finds, and various other items I find. I also love to draw, traditionally and digitally. I'm not the most skilled artist out here, but I like to focus on having fun with creativity and being able to laugh at my own mistakes.

Moriah, you should consider customizing a dollhouse for your children! Every room could be themed after a specific character, kind of like a really cute revamped Barbie dream house.

This is my favourite thrift store makeover!!! It is so cute!!! I like how you can’t see any of the wood colour. (Unless you didn’t paint the bottom which I wouldn’t expect to be painted but I would. It is the best. There is a lot going on but you can still know what it is meant to be. My favourite one ever!

Tip time for Moriah! You can use sand paper once
the clay is dry to get a very smooth and even surface!
