Mastering yang, physical qi/chi (jing) through cultivating chi and chi emission would account for armament haki.

Mastering yin, spiritual chi (shen) through mastering empty states of relaxation, completely calming one’s mind and subconsciously focusing one’s intent to attain abilities such as Ultra Instinct, presence sensing, and mind reading irl, and completely relaxing one’s mind to have dreams/visions at will, would be observation haki.

Basic conqueror’s haki would be an advanced application of yin chi to affect one’s spirit - their mind, will/intent, and emotions (namely their emotions and will). Advanced conqueror’s haki would be an advanced application of yang chi, being significantly stronger and demonstrating advanced properties. One’s chi manifests as heat (internally) and pressure (externally). With further refinement, chi manifests as electric current and enhanced force/weight, similar to advanced conqueror’s haki.

I am sure oda said in one piece piece all haki is invisible and the special effects we see are only for viewer's easier understanding

so it somewhat make sense but realistically speaking even if someone trained all thier life in reality they won't even be able to use 1% of what he characters in one piece can
Sure they might be able slice a brick in two with one hand but one piece character can slash a building in two with haki
