According to Shank’s vivre card, his conqueror’s haki is strong enough to prevent advance observation haki users from using future sight.

Garp should be on the list too. Since it's confirmed he has CoC haki in the manga. He has shown that his moveset revolves around Ad. Conqueror's haki.

Garp can use conqueres kaki as well and at and extreme level! He enfuse it to his fist and destroyed a city with a massive conqueror's haki fist

Thinking about it, many of the strawhats are barely even 20 years old. Which means we most likely will never get to see them in their prime even by the end of the story.

Variants of Colors are Blue, Red and Purple.
Blue = the willpower to protect someone
Red = the willpower of a kingly ambition
Purple = mixed willpower(also proven by the fact RED + BLUE is Purple)

Luffy pretty much advanced all areas of his haki, it’s just there is another level of mastery he must go through to fully control it i’d be assuming

so first I agree Shanks is God Tier but I feel Roger, Whitebeard, Garp, Sengoku and possibly even Big Mom and Kaido could all do similar things, its just we never actually get to see them do it since there was no reason too. Also remember Shanks is the youngest of the Yonko in his late 30's while the others were all like late 50's to late 70's so he still in his prime area while the others are definetly on their way down the hill, plus when we see Roger in action he was already dying from his disease but was able to clash equally with what we assume is a healthy Whitebeard.

So Hancock D tier for lack of feat currently (which is legit) but Sengoku A tier despite not having any conqueror feat currently?

PS: Kaido definitely belong to the god tier, he's the strongest all the while being very conscious of how important haki is, his character is basically geared towards combat, i don't see anything suggesting his Haki is less potent than Roger's or WB's

The way Oda is showing Shanks power is just so crazy. When he says "It's time to acquire One Piece" he just gone insane and started dominating everyone( even defeated Kid and overpowered the Admiral). Man can't wait for more screentime of him.

Also in one piece Red movie, shanks knockout many vice-admirals along with whole fleet of marines and also Admirals are having difficulties defending against shanks concurer's haki blast.

Well they all may have learned how to use their conq haki but shanks is probably the only one out of them that has actually tried to master it fully

Even if the games aren’t cannon, the move sets are pretty much spot on considering in burning blood, it showed shanks divine departure WAY before we even knew he had that move
