Wow! Drinks are the most profitable items. They have to making bank. Get robots to make the drinks and you only need one employee to turn on the switch to open and close.

The drive thru in McDonalds near where I live is the worst in the universe. The entire restaurant has slow service (despite having what appears to me to be twice as many people as needed), and the drive thru is the worst. They are always asking you to pull into the parking lot spots designated for longer waits and they'll bring it out to you. Their service is the worst. Meanwhile, the Jack In the Box next door always has great service.
